The story
We came to this problem the expensive way: as the people spending the ad budgets and writing the tracking code. Campaigns that were clearly profitable on the backend looked mediocre in Ads Manager. Purchases showed up in the store, but the platform that drove them never found out. CPAs crept up not because the ads got worse, but because the algorithm was learning from a shrinking, biased slice of reality.
Every “fix” we tried was either a fragile pile of scripts, a black-box tool that wanted to replace our analytics stack, or an enterprise contract for what is basically a data plumbing problem. What we actually wanted was simple: capture the click first-party, match it to the real user and order, and hand the ad platform a complete, deduplicated, privacy-safe event. So we built exactly that. First for ourselves, then as RoasProof.

Meta, Google and TikTok are very good at finding customers when they can see what worked. Our job is to make sure they see all of it: no events lost to ad blockers, no conversions credited to “organic” because a cookie expired, no double counting because two systems reported the same purchase.
How we build
Three commitments that shape every product decision.
Server-side first
The browser is the least reliable place to report a conversion, so we treat it as an input, not the source of truth. Events are matched, enriched and delivered from the server, with retries, delivery status and deterministic deduplication against your existing pixel.
Privacy by design
Personal identifiers are normalized and SHA-256 hashed before they leave the server, data collection stays first-party on your domain, and you control which fields go to which platform. Better signal quality should never mean looser handling of personal data.
Transparent pricing
Plain plans published on the pricing page. No percentage-of-ad-spend fees, no “call us” tiers for basic features, no surprises at renewal. You should be able to predict your bill as precisely as we predict your events.
