Cookie Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how MAVA Design EOOD (“RoasProof”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

Where the law requires opt-in consent, only strictly necessary cookies are set when you arrive; analytics and marketing cookies are loaded only after you consent, and you can review or change your choices at any time. See Managing your cookies.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the site owner. We also use similar technologies such as pixels and local storage. In this policy we call all of them “cookies”.

Cookies may be set by us (“first-party cookies”) or by third parties whose services we use, such as analytics providers (“third-party cookies”). They may be “session” cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or “persistent” cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them.

How we use cookies

We group the cookies we use into three categories. Necessary cookies are always active because the site cannot function without them. Where the law requires opt-in consent (the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you give your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. In other countries we rely on the consent implied by your continued use of the site: these cookies are set when the page loads, and you can opt out at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. We honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out everywhere.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for core site functionality, including remembering your cookie choices. They cannot be switched off. Where opt-in consent applies, no analytics or advertising cookies are loaded until you have made a choice.

If you reach this site through an affiliate or partner link, we also store the referral code from that link so the partner who referred you is credited if you later sign up. It contains only the referral code, the time it was first seen and the page you landed on. It is never used for analytics or advertising.

We also use a live-chat widget provided by Crisp so you can contact our support team. This is a functional service that loads on every page, including before you make a cookie choice. The identifiers it stores are used only to keep your chat session going, never for analytics or advertising.

Performance & analytics cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting information on an aggregated, anonymised basis. This lets us see which pages are popular, spot navigation issues, and improve the site. We use Google Analytics for this purpose. Where opt-in consent applies, these cookies are only set with your consent; elsewhere they are set on the implied-consent basis described above.

Marketing & advertising cookies

These cookies are placed by us and our advertising partners to measure the performance of our campaigns and to show you relevant promotions on other websites and platforms. We run our own product, RoasProof, on this website. It stores a visitor identifier and the ad click ID from the link you arrived through, as cookies and in your browser’s local storage, so that a sign-up can be credited to the campaign that led to it. Where opt-in consent applies, it is loaded only once you allow this category and nothing is sent to us before that; elsewhere it is loaded on the implied-consent basis described above. Your choice here also controls the advertising consent signals we pass to Google.

Third-party services

Some cookies are set by third parties who process the information they collect under their own privacy policies. We do not control these cookies. You can learn more here:

Managing your cookies

If you are visiting from the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a banner on your first visit lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, or set your preferences by category; until you make a choice, only strictly necessary cookies are loaded. In other countries the banner is not shown and non-essential cookies are set when the page loads, on the implied-consent basis described above.

You can change your decision at any time by selecting Cookie settings in the website footer, which reopens the preferences panel.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, for example to block or delete cookies already stored. Each browser is different, so check its help pages for instructions. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working properly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal or operational reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
